Refund and Return Policy

Covalent Compounds is committed to your satisfaction. Due to the nature of laboratory research compounds, our return and refund policy is as follows:
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is defective (wrong compound, incorrect purity, or materially different from its product listing), contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, at our discretion. Photo evidence of the damage or defect is required.
2. Incorrect Orders
If we ship the wrong product or quantity, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct product and cover return shipping for the incorrect item.
3. Non Returnable Items
Due to safety and quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken. Research compounds that have left our controlled storage environment cannot be restocked or resold.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Canceled Orders
Orders may be canceled before they ship. If your order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and is subject to the return policy above.
6. Disputes
If you have a concern about your order, please contact us directly before initiating a dispute through your payment provider. We will work with you to resolve any issue promptly.
